Pwll Deri

I made it to Ilam Hall in the Peak District of England! The hostel is stunning and has WiFi!!! I never realized how addicted I was to technology until it I lost it; I was walking around the coast of Wales waving my phone up in the air trying to get a signal...stupid American. Ok, lots to catch up on!! I am going to post several entries, one for each place I stayed, just to keep organized!!
Wales is gorgeous; the people are super nice, the signs are all in Welsh...then in English...which ended up not being great going 70 MPH down the highway. Anyway, after leaving Bath at around 9:30am, I arrived in Pwll Deri, Wales at around 2:30pm.  The hostel is at the very tip of the southern peninsula of Wales, so far out that I was having problems getting UK channels on the radio but had no problems picking up Irish ones.  Wales is known for its walking paths so after arriving at the hostel two and a half hours early I decided to hop on a trail.  I chose one that was cliff side but was very cautious as I am prone to falling and didn't fancy falling off a cliff.
The following day I set off for Fishguard through a series of one lane roads...terrifying.  If another car comes you either have to drive into a bush or reverse all the way back to the beginning of the road.  Not fun. After returning to the hostel I spent the rest of the day outside reading and admiring the view.  Hannah (the German room mate) and I watched the sunset from the patio and then went to bed!  I had a great dream about Joel McHale...anyway, bright and early the next morning I started my trek to Snowdonia which I will discuss in the next post!

 My little car!!!

 Peek-a-boo!
Working on my tan...but since I'm Irish I mostly just turned red..
